2. Counter-Notification
If you receive a DMCA Takedown Notice from us claiming that your content infringes on someone’s copyright and you believe this claim is mistaken, you may file a Counter-Notification. Your Counter-Notification must be sent to our Designated Agent and include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you reside (or, if outside the U.S., a similar statement for your jurisdiction).
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will forward it to the original claimant. If the claimant does not file a lawsuit seeking a court order against you within 14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts and access of users who are repeat infringers. Decisions regarding repeat infringers will be made at our sole discretion.
4. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Website following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
